Dr. Nupur Bit
I am a certified Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon. I trained from two of the most prestigious institutions of the country namely Christian Medical College Vellore and Madras Medical College, Chennai. I am a Gold Medallist in Vascular Surgery from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR University.
I have also attained additional training (Fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery) from Salzburg, Austria. I have been working in the field of vascular disorders for the past 13 years.
My expertise is in treatment of gangrene of limbs, arterial diseases and blockages of blood vessels requiring angioplasty and bypass especially in diabetic feet.
My other interests are dialysis AV fistulas, varicose veins, venous ulcers and aortic aneurysms. I have a special interest in management of difficult wounds and ulcers of the limbs. I am a member of the Vascular Society of India and am the West Zone Committee Member of VSI since 2021.
I am also the founder member of VESSOMAG (Maharashtra and Goa Society of Vascular Surgeons).
I also contribute to the Venous Association of India (VAI).
I am a teacher for vascular surgery postgraduates at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune.
